Mockup of PRISM motion piece to explain the space

PRISM is a space at Rochester Institute of Technology and I am very familiar with it as an RIT student that identifies as LGBTQIA. I have found that many other queer individuals, especially those who are new to campus, have trouble locating PRISM. I created several maps for the purpose of helping students, staff, and visitors find the space. I made sure to have each map begin in an iconic marker on RIT's campus that most freshmen learn about during their first week. Each map is based on a pride flag, being the trans flag, lesbian flag, and bi flag respectively.

Full motion piece explaining what PRISM is

The purpose of the motion piece is to explain what the room is. Often, I see people wandering into the room, confused what the space is supposed to be. The motion piece is intended to clear up any lingering confusion in a quick, satisfying way, much like the entrance sign I created to support the branding of the space as well.
